Why we exist
Most reclaim firms are loud. We'd rather just do the work.
Suppliers don't refund overcharges proactively. The rules are complex enough that they don't have to. A whole industry exists to recover what's been lost quietly, over years.
We started Aqua Recoup because the work itself is interesting and useful. Six years of bills, line by line, against what the supplier should have charged. When it works, it works clearly.

What we believe

Plain-spoken always
If we can't explain a charge in one sentence, we shouldn't be charging for it. We send invoices people understand.
No win, no fee, no asterisks
30% of what we recover. Nothing if we recover nothing. No setup fee, no minimum, no exit fee, no administration surcharge.
Evidence over urgency
No 'act now' emails, no fake deadlines. The Ofwat six-year window is real; everything else is theatre.
One signature, no admin
You sign one authorisation form. We do the rest. If we need anything else, we'll come ask. Once.
